107, Piccadilly was acquired by Nathan Mayer Rothschild (1777-1836) in 1825. Hannah (1783-1850), his widow, lived there until her death. Subsequently the property was used by Mayer Amschel (1818-1874) and his wife Juliana (1831-1877) and inherited by their daughter Hannah ((1851-1890), from whom it passed to the Rosebery family.
